What is a �Complete Home Package�

A Complete Home Package is flexible and is determined by each individuals needs.  In a time and age where people are educating themselves more and more on the building industry, what use to be considered �complete� can vary from one person to another.

Our Complete Home Package (standard) include the following options:  Structural Insulated Panels "SIPs," Siding, Windows and Doors, Roofing/Sheathing, and a variety of specialty options (i.e. solar, passive solar products, etc).   Remember, that these options are just a guide and changes or additions can be made to customize your package.  SHS understands that the majority of our clients desire a strong, energy efficient and low maintenance home which is why a lot of our products offered are engineered products.

Structural Insulated Panels, �SIPs�

      Exterior walls, interior walls, roofing and flooring

    Typically a combination of the above is recommended depending on your specific parcel.  Elevations, climate, etc will help you weight the options.

Siding

      A variety of siding to choose from whether it�s hardi-plank, engineered products, log siding, etc. � your options are as wide as they are varied. 

Windows

We represent Marvin, Anderson, Millguard, Pella and International Windows.  A variety of options depending on your budget.

Roofing

We can provide you with a SIP roof, sheathing and typically our most desired product is the engineered, �ELK Prestige 40� composition roofing.  We also offer a variety of synthetic roof materials.

Decking & Railing

      Trex decking & railings are our most desired product used for decks and railings.  We also offer redwood and cedar.

Fencing

       We offer vinyl, metal and wrought iron fencing lines.
